摘要: During the five year period 1980 to 1985 bone grafting was performed in 37 cleft patients before eruption of canine tooth (group IBG) and 30 after SGB). The initial healing more favourable IBG group. In 72.5% clefts oro-nasal fistulae were present preoperatively. all cases successfully closed. group with orthodontic closure gap dental arch interdental height grafted area than 75% normal clefts. SBG this situation found only 66% bone-grafted areas. There seems be a clear relation between age or developmental stage on one hand possibility good other hand. This also leads suggestion that if alveolar is required operation should side.
