摘要: The nanoantenna with Fano response is important for solar cell and bio-sensing application because of the more electric field enhancement. In this paper, we have presented a new structure based on two parallel nano loops achieving response; combined nano-sphere arrays which make coupling between loops. Interaction these nanoparticles made bright dark mode responses. To improve in structure, implemented multi-layer graphene under nanoparticle. We show that by altering chemical potential from 0.2 to 0.8 eV maximum has increased than 20% 0.6 eV comparison case 0.2 eV. studied parameters effect resonances. addition, antenna used biomaterial compared bare coated structures can consider as figure merit factor optical sensing imaging. Here, utilized layer thickness 2 nm nanoparticle graphene. simulated FIT method CST substrate, are selected SiO2 80 nm normal substrate deposition Palik considered gold parts. As result fact, be controlling bio-sensing.
