Fabrication and Characterization of Porous TiO 2 Powder by Aerosol Process

摘要: Porous TiO2 nanostructured particles containing both mesopores and macropores were fabricated by utilizing an aerosol templating method from two kinds of starting materials (colloidal mixture nanoparticles PS particles, that TTIP solution particles). The effects mixing ratio to reactor temperature on the particle properties investigated. When used as materials, increase number was observed SEM specific surface area total pore volume increased 31.6m2/g 39.1 m2/g 0.068 cm3/g 0.089 cm3/g, respectively, increasing weight PS/TiO2 0.79 1.31. precursor, mesopore prepared at same condition decreased 67% 75%, respectively.
