摘要: 1. Passive length—tension curves were established for cat soleus muscles that had been immobilized in different positions. Muscles the lengthened position showed no difference their properties to those of normal muscles. However, shortened a considerable decrease extensibility. 2. Muscle fibre length, sarcomere length and total number sarcomeres along single teased fibres also determined Soleus found have 20% more series than whilst 40% less muscles. 3. When plaster casts removed from position, returned within 4 weeks. then second rapidly adjust with respect passive number. 4. A change seems be way which muscle is adjusted its new functional length. The accompanies appears mechanism prevents being overstretched.
