Dietary analyzed by reduced rank regression method glycated hemoglobin, homeostasis model insulin resistance, fasting glucose concentrations as dependent variables. We investigated associations between incident diabetes Cox proportional hazards model. RESULTS During 11.5-y follow-up, incidence was 11.8/1000 person-years. pattern related to selected biomarkers characterized relatively high intake kimchi, beef, other meat, fish, coffee men rice, fruit women. In men, association significant only obese group, those top quartile score had 1.72 times (95% CI: 1.15, 2.56 times) greater risk than bottom quartile. Conversely, women not CONCLUSION regression, identified long-term follow-up Korea.
