摘要: Abstract Close-packed cubic copper ferrites (CuFe 2 O 4 ) nanoparticles were synthesized using an effective thermal-treatment method directly from aqueous solution containing and iron nitrates as metal precursors poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) a capping agent. The FTIR spectra of the calcined samples revealed vibration bands Fe–O Cu–O at 315 535 nm respectively. structural, morphological, optical magnetic properties nanocrystal powder analyzed various characterization techniques. X-ray diffraction unveiled formation spinel phase CuFe with average particle size determined TEM images increased 24 to 34 nm calcination temperatures between 773 1173 K. band gap calculated Kubelka–Munk function UV–visible diffuse reflectance decreased 2.64 2.45 eV increasing temperature. electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy confirmed presence unpaired electrons in samples. g -factor 2.10497 2.57056 field 3.11599×10 −7 2.55161×10  A/m
