摘要: By studying the effect of force on dissociation kinetics molecular interactions, hitherto hidden information about physics, chemistry, and biology is gained. Since statement theory first demonstration experiment [2], we have seen developments in theory, experimental practice, data analysis. Advances suggested possibility measuring more than rates over transition states their displacements, such as change energy system at state [3–5], roughness landscape [6–8], equilibrium phenomena [9]. Today, instrumentation used to undertake DFS that most prevalent literature atomic microscope (AFM). The significant advances both sometimes taken place isolation, here I believe it worth considering application with current AFM technology. How accurately can do an AFM? What exactly measure AFM, what are needed?
