摘要: A method is described for simultaneously measuring the diffusion coefficient, solubility, and permeability a given gas in single sample of solid material. The utilizes solutions equation (for both plane cylindrical geometry) which make it easily possible to calculate parameters from data taken either period steady‐state flow or early part transient period. Using ultra‐high vacuum techniques, measurements with extremely small amounts without errors due leaks contamination handling system.Values have been determined helium Pyrex glass (Corning 7740), comparisons previous are made.
