摘要: We present an overhang-based DNA block shuffling method to create a customized random library with flexible sequence design and length. Our enables the efficient seamless assembly of short blocks dinucleotide overhangs through simple ligation process. Next generation sequencing analysis assembled revealed that was accurate, directional unbiased. This straightforward should fulfill versatile needs both in vivo vitro functional screening peptides RNA created desired amino acid nucleotide composition, as well making highly repetitive gene constructs are difficult synthesize de novo.
