摘要: A sample preparation technique using hollow fiber-liquid phase microextraction (HF-LPME) coupled to liquid chromatography has been developed for selective extraction and analysis of atrazine (ATZN) its major degradation products including desethylatrazine (DEA), desisopropylatrazine (DIA), didealkylatrazine (DDA) hydroxyatrazine (ATOH) from environmental water human urine samples. Extraction conditions have optimized as follows: membrane solvent, di-n-hexylether; acceptor pH, 0.0; donor 7.0; volume, 200 mL; time, 5 h; stirring rate, 150 rpm; ionic strength, in terms NaCl added, 20% (w/v). The analytical method validated both reagent Trace level detection well linearity, with the coefficient determination (r2) ranging 0.994 0.999, was obtained triazine compounds over a wide range analyte concentrations between 10 500 μg L−1, peak area response variable. repeatability reproducibility were less than 11 17%, respectively, at concentration 50 L−1 each analyte. Limits quantification ranged 0.03 1.12 0.10 3.73 HPLC UV detection. This confirms reliability further application trace enrichment residues target analytes other polar, ionizable structurally related contaminants
