摘要: Cellular behaviour depends on and also modifies protein concentration activity. An integrated cellular gene interaction model is proposed to reveal this relationship. In model, activity varies spatiotemporally with location, interaction, diffusion. the meanwhile, can vary spatially, driven by cell-cell signalling inhomogeneous distribution across cells. This integrates two components. The first component adopts a variation of reaction-diffusion mechanism at expression level. second lattice based Differential Adhesion Hypothesis (DAH) for cell sorting Cell tumour invasion were simulated illustrate model. approximates pattern formation more closely than existing models density.
