摘要: BACKGROUND: Organ donation after uncontrolled cardiac death raises complex ethical issues. We conducted a survey in large hospital staff population, including caregivers and administrators, to determine their viewpoints regarding organ death. METHODS: Multicenter observational using questionnaire, information on the practical modalities of procedure. Respondents were asked answer 15 detailed questions corresponding different issues raised literature. Ethical concerns was defined when respondents expressed answers at least three nine specifically selected questions. RESULTS: One thousand one hundred ninety-six questionnaires received, 1057 could be analysed. According our definition, 573 out (54%) had with regard 484 (46 %) no concerns. Physicians (55%) particularly junior intensivists (65%) tended have more than nurses (52%) managers (37%). Junior senior (59%), emergency room physicians (46%) transplant specialists (43%). CONCLUSION: Only 46% hospital-based appear accept easily legitimacy death. A significant number especially intensivists, over dilemma between interests individual those society.
