摘要: The dependence of the partial specific volume various proteins on their concentration in solution was studied. following were investigated: lysozyme, pepsin and hemocyanins as well fragments (molecular weights between 14000 4500000). solutions varied a wide range (4 mg/cm3 to 220 mg/cm3).
