摘要: Cu2SnS3 (CTS) nanocrystallites were successfully obtained through a facile solvothermal technique at 140 and 200 °C for 24 h. In this work, the effect of temperature on structural, morphological optical characteristics was investigated. The X-ray diffraction patterns samples proved polycrystalline nature formation pure cubic structure with (111) preferential orientation. No peak referring to other binary or ternary phases detected in patterns. We found that by increasing temperature, average crystallite sizes calculated using Debye–Scherrer formula increased from 10 23 nm direct band gap 1.30 1.44 eV. Magnetic measurements room reveal paramagnetic behavior. study, nanocrystals prepared an environmental-friendly method. It crystal morphology productions strongly influenced reaction conditions including temperature. our case, seems affect quality nanoparticles may be cause presence such forms. At more particles surface agglomerate form bigger grains.
