摘要: The purpose of this study was to analyze the pre- and post-treatment neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (pre- post-NLR) in combination with immunologic profiles patients diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) treated rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine prednisone (R-CHOP). A total 447 newly diagnosed DLBCL R-CHOP were analyzed retrospectively. pre-NLR ≥ 3 independently associated poor progression-free survival (PFS) (hazard [HR] = 2.19, p < 0.001) overall (OS) (HR 2.89, 0.001). In high pre-NLR, reduction post-NLR after correlated improved survival. Low (< 3) also a higher number peripheral CD19 + lymphocytes (p 0.049) NK cells 0.031). conclusion, an independent prognostic factor for PFS OS R-CHOP.
