摘要: The Department of Employment Relations (DER) is Wisconsin state government's central personnel/human resource management agency. DER's mission to ensure that government staffed by a skilled, dedicated, and diverse work force. Within DER, the Division Merit Recruitment Selection (DMRS) administers Wisconsin's civil service hiring system recruiting, testing, evaluating applicants; creating lists (employment registers) qualified referring best-qualified candidates agencies for interviews. DMRS' to: * Provide citizens with merit-based, open accessible competition jobs; job who represent diversity state's labor DMRS serves over 40 agencies, 26 University campuses, 38,000 employees, tens thousands applicants.
