摘要: Angiogenesis plays an important role in the progression of tumor. Besides being regulated by tumor cells per se, angiogenesis is also influenced stromal microenvironment (TME), for example, associated macrophages (TAMs). Activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4), a member ATF/CREB family, has been reported to be related angiogenesis. In this study, we found that exogenous overexpression ATF4 mouse breast cancer promotes growth via increasing microvascular density. However, failed increase expression level series proangiogenic factors including vascular endothelial A (VEGFA) model. Thus, further investigated infiltration tissues and ATF4-overexpressing tumors could recruit more secretion macrophage colony stimulating (M-CSF). Overall, concluded may facilitate recruitment into promote indirectly.
