摘要: Allergic reactions to betalactams are the most common cause of adverse drug mediated by specific immunological mechanisms. Reactions may be induced all currently available, ranging from benzylpenicillin (BP) other more recently introduced betalactams, such as aztreonam or related betalactamase-inhibitor clavulanic acid (Fig. 1) (1–5).
