摘要: Blood pressure homeostasis is maintained by several mechanisms regulating cardiac output, vascular resistances, and blood volume. At cellular levels, reactive oxygen species (ROS) signaling involved in multiple molecular controlling pressure. Among ROS producing systems, NADPH oxidases (NOXs), expressed different cells of the cardiovascular system, are most important enzymes clearly linked to development hypertension. NOXs exert a central role mechanosensing, endothelium-dependent relaxation, Angiotensin-II (Ang-II) redox tone. The redox-dependent cell functions renders these promising pharmacological target for treatment diseases, including aim present review focus on physiological NOX-generating affecting
