摘要: The effect of potassium sorbate alone and in combination with sodium chloride on the growth Clostridium sporogenes PA 3619 spores was studied. Two experiments were conducted pre-reduced trypticase soy broth (pH 6.0), one at 37°C, another 24°C. Outgrowth monitored a Spectronic 20 600 nm. At 37°C addition 3 or 5% NaCl potentiated anticlostridial effectiveness 0.1, 0.2, 0.3% sorbate. 1, 3, enhanced functionality against outgrowth 3679
