摘要: Abstract Twelve isolated spinosaurid teeth from the Enciso Group of eastern Cameros Basin (La Rioja, Spain) have been studied. The fossil material has found in five sites near town Igea, where a fluvio-lacustrine system with marine influence was developed during Barremian-early Aptian. Besides study qualitative and quantitative features teeth, morphometric analyses also carried out. La Rioja seem different those Baryonyx are attributed to Baryonychinae indet. Ten baryonychine show serrated mesial carinae, but two specimens lack denticles it, which indicates presence morphotypes similar that observed other contemporaneous Iberian sites. remains support idea land bridge between Europe Gondwana. Furthermore, these findings do back spinosaurids inhabited freshwater environments or next coastal zones.
