摘要: To increase power conversion density, it is inevitably necessary to switching frequency. However, doing so has detrimental effects, including reduced efficiency and increased EMI under hard-switching operation. prevent the side effects of high frequencies, soft methods present advantages. In this paper, a lossless passive snubber circuit that operates based on flyback converter introduced. The proposed not only able produce ZVS ZCS conditions for switch, but also other semiconductor elements. applied experimental results are presented justify theoretical analysis. outcomes show improved by over 3% compared with hard converter.
