摘要: Peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) is a negative-strand RNA with monosegmented genome of length 15,948 and containing 6 genes. This chapter reviews our current knowledge the structure function six structural three non-structural proteins produced by virus. Although PPRV has itself been relatively little studied, similarities between morbilliviruses allow us to deduce much about life cycle at molecular level. At same time, it become clear that there lot interaction host cell, particularly factors restrict range in which can cause disease, remain be worked-out.
