摘要: Phase transitions were measured in vesicles of phospholipids, alone and various combinations, pelleted mitochondrial membranes, using thermal (DSC) optical methods. The objective was to consider their possible involvement chilling injury soybeans (Glycine max [L.] Merr. cv Wayne 1977). Saturated phospholipids showed clear the temperature range 50 degrees C near 0 C.
