摘要: The normal, iso, and anteiso Δ8- Δ9-17:1 fatty acid methyl esters were synthesized their electron impact-induced fragmentation was studied by mass spectrometry. spectra of the preterminal branched monoenoic present characteristic fragment ions, now understood to be indicative position group. These ions are in iso compound m/e 227 [M-55]+, 195 [M-87]+, 177 [M-105]+, while these fragments shifted 14 units 213, 181, 163. 15-D-iso because compounds indicated a key role tertiary hydrogen atom rearrangement process. A mechanism consisting double bond migration triggered an allylic cleavage assuming displacement is proposed.
