Can Distributed Volunteers Accomplish Massive Data Analysis Tasks

摘要: The science community is accustomed to interacting with the public for two main purposes: outreach adults (since they are patrons upon whose good will future funding depend), and education children reservoir from which next generation's talent must be drawn). We suggest that a third relationship can now fruitful, one has been little used until - notable exception of astronomy community.
