摘要: Previous research has shown high cortisol reactors to consume a greater amount of snack foods than low following laboratory stressor. The current study tested whether also more snacks in response field stressors. Fifty pre-menopausal women completed stressor, provided saliva samples assess reactor status and then daily hassles intake diaries over the next fourteen days. Hierarchical multivariate linear modelling showed significant association between within overall sample, where an increased number was associated with intake. This positive only observed not reactors. These findings suggest that reactivity stress promotes food Furthermore, eating style variables restraint, emotional eating, external disinhibition were strongly suggests may part account for moderating role on stress-induced eating. results are discussed context future health risk.
