摘要: Ethyl acetate extract of the branches Magnolia tripetala exhibited nematicidal activity against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, Panagrellus redivivus and Caenorhabditis elegans. Two phenolic compounds magnolol (1) honokiol (2) were isolated from based on bioassay-guided fractionation. The median lethal concentrations (LC 50 ) 1-2 149.3 63.7 mg/l, respectively, B. 74.5 75.9 P. redivivus, 64.7 57.8 C. elegans at 48 h.
