摘要: Abstract By heat treating amorphous TiBe alloys in the presence of oxygen and nitrogen an η phase Ti 3 Be (O,N) x ( ≈0.5) was prepared. Its structure identified its atomic parameters were refined. The is cubic (W Fe C- E 9 type) with a 0 = 10.713 rA; titanium beryllium atoms have nearly ideal positional parameters. (O, N) first reported containing beryllium; occurrence alloy chemistry are discussed.
