摘要: Abstract This paper presents a review of nine theoretical models foreign direct investment (FDI). Discussed are early studies determinants FDI (1) as well based on the neoclassical trade theory (2), ownership advantages (3), aggregate variables (4), ownership, location and internalization advantage framework (5), horizontal vertical (6), knowledge-capital model (7), diversified risk diversification (8) policy (9). From each theories, relevant derived. Empirical indicate importance these in real world. The shows that there is not one single FDI, but variety attempting to explain decision multinational firms. Therefore, any analysis should be model. Instead, explained more broadly by combination factors from such or agglomeration economics, market size characteristics, cost factors, transport costs, protection, variables.
