摘要: Abstract Glucose oxidase, producing gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide from glucose, is demonstrated in honey. Its activity increases markedly on dilution of the Inhibine, antibacterial material previously reported honey, shown to be produced inhibine assay by natural glucose oxidase A direct relationship between number production.
