摘要: A continual synthesis of keratin by the human epidermis is necessary to provide protein found in continuously renewed outermost layer, stratum corneum. Normal formation corneum a lesion psoriasis incomplete, although as yet it has not been established whether an abnormal present layer this disease; is, however, clear that abundant quantities epidermal are synthesized.
