摘要: Coronary vasospasm is one cause of chest pain in patients with acute myocarditis. This a rare association, few cases reported the literature. The authors describe case myocarditis which presentation mimicked myocardial infarction. During hospitalization severe angina recurred twice, accompanied by transient ST-segment elevation different locations. hypothesis coronary discussed. role cardiac magnetic resonance imaging this context highlighted.
