摘要: Ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction (UTMD) has been proven as an effective technique to assist drugs cross the vascular wall and cell membrane. This study was aimed at evaluating synergistic antiangiogenic growth-inhibiting effects of apatinib (APA) UTMD on triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). The TNBC xenograft model established in nude mice (n = 40) which were then randomly divided into APA plus (APA-U) group, control (M) group 10 per group). Corresponding treatment done once daily for 14 consecutive days. general condition body weight tumor-bearing monitored. Routine blood test detection liver kidney function after treatments. tumor size microcirculation examined by two-dimensional ultrasonography (2DUS) contrast-enhanced (CEUS), respectively. Then, tissues harvested endothelial growth factor (VEGF) immunohistochemistry CD31-PAS double staining assess microvessel density (MVD) heterogeneous positivity rate. After treatments, angiogenesis significantly inhibited APA-U these more obvious group. volume, CEUS parameters, VEGF expression, MVD lower than those (P 0.05).
