摘要: Optimising the allocation of population, land, and capital production resources is crucial for promoting an efficient urbanisation solving urban land financial problem. This study uses a panel threshold model to identify response boundary construction use efficiency government debt level 51 postfinancial crisis Chinese coastal cities. The results indicate that economic development provincial gross domestic product (per capita product: pgdp) are 2.67 5.17, respectively. In cities with relatively backward development, expansion scale hinders improvement utilisation land. Also, value government’s accumulated (sd) 15.83%. When fall below (sd   15.83%, new impedes Local governments should reduce their dependence on finance in high cumulative ratios, especially those negative responses both thresholds (pgdp sd thresholds). study’s findings can provide reference sustainable promotion China other countries avoid risk urbanisation.
