Controllable Synthesis of MoS 2 @TiO 2 Composite Nanostructure by Anodic Oxidation-Hydrothermal Technique

摘要: MoS2@TiO2 composite nanostructure arrays consisting of thin MoS2 nanosheets on the surface anodized TiO2 nanotube were successfully synthesized with a facile anodic oxidation-hydrothermal technique. In this study, x-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive spectrometer and ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV–Vis) used to characterize samples. On basis, photocatalytic property in degradation methylene blue was investigated. XRD results indicate that hexagonal phase. FESEM shows have uniform distribution low agglomeration because regular lamellar structure tight arrangement. Meanwhile, high light absorption intensity both ultraviolet visible region. And photodegradation efficiency for is 92.10%, thus, it has potential applications photocatalysis.
