摘要: A novel micropatterning process for a particle assembly has been performed by using an electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method with local electric field in colloidal suspension generated three-electrode system. Monodisperse silica spheres diameter of 300 nm were used to fabricate micropattern crystal. An interdigitated gold-microarray electrode 10 μm width and gold plate as the working counter electrodes, respectively. After optimization EPD processing parameters, was constructed from spheres. It had relatively close-packed structure formed onto microarray electrode. This showed characteristic optical reflectance peak due Bragg’s law.
