摘要: Comparative studies between the leaf and internode portions of switchgrass, Panicum virgatum L., were performed by compositional analysis structural determination. GC-MS, ICP, HPAEC-PAD employed to analyze chemical compositions fractionated switchgrass samples. Quantitative 13C NMR CP/MAS techniques determine structures lignin cellulose, respectively. These results indicated that leaves internodes differed chemically in amounts inorganic elements, hot-water extractives, benzene/ethanol carbohydrates, content. However, ultrastructure isolated cellulose was comparable internodes. Ball-milled lignins from found have H/G/S ratios 12.4/53.9/33.7 8.6/54.8/36.6,
