Controllable synthesis of ZnO with various morphologies by hydrothermal method.

摘要: ZnO microstructures with various morphologies have been controllably synthesized by hydrothermal route using different precipitant and zinc source in liquid solution. X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the ZnO2, Zn(OH)2 structures understand role of precursors growth morphologies. The nucleation process can regulate changing precipitant. When H2O2 was as precipitant, particles a rather uniform particle size -500 nm rough surface obtained. While, this polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) solution has same granular morphology 300-1000 nm. In contrast, sunflower polyhedron aggregates composed several smaller formed, when ammonium hydroxide NH4HCO3 applied, respectively. Meanwhile, play an important determination ZnO. Sunflower dumbbell like nanosheets obtained, centrifugal component suspension applied source. nanorods rods components ZnO2 sources. mechanism nanostructures fabricated sources tentatively investigated.
