摘要: Abstract We report on a novel g-C3N4/TiO2/Co-Pi photoanode combining TiO2 protection layer, Co-Pi hole capture and g-C3N4 light-absorption layer for photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting to generate hydrogen the first time. This new with three function layers exhibits enhanced PEC performance photocurrent density of 0.346 mA·cm−2 at 1.1 V (vs. RHE), which is approximately 3.6 times that pure photoanode. The benefits from following: (1) excellent visible light absorption g-C3N4; (2) stable improve durability film; (3) photogenerated holes separate electron-hole pairs efficiently. promising multifarious structure provides perspective hydrogen.
