Modeling of optical detection of spin-polarized carrier injection into light-emitting devices

摘要: We investigate the emission of multimodal polarized light from emitting devices due to spin-aligned carrier injection. The results are derived through operator Langevin equations, which include thermal and carrier-injection fluctuations, as well nonradiative recombination electronic g-factor temperature dependence. study dynamics optoelectronic processes show how temperature-dependent g factor magnetic field affect degree polarization emitted light. In addition, at high temperatures, fluctuation reduces efficiency detection method for measuring spin injection into nonmagnetic semicondutors.
