摘要: Metod: Femtio patienter med partiell tandloshet inkluderades. Patienterna randomiserades till en testgrupp (direkt belastning) eller kontrollgrupp (fordrojd och varje patient erholl tre Branemark TiUniteTM implantat. Pa de implantaten byggdes implantatbron: direkt pa implantatniva (IL), maskinbearbetad, prefabricerad distans (AM) oxiderad titanyta (AOX, TiUniteTM). Kliniska undersokningar intraorala rontgenbilder utfordes under 5-arsperiod. ett urval av arton togs exsudat fran implantatfickan som sedan analyserades molekylarbiologisk metodik.
