摘要: Abstract A theoretical description of the exchange impurity atoms between surface and bulk is presented, with assumption that desorption can be neglected. The analysis shows segregation isotherm — i.e. relationship coverage volume concentration at thermodynamic equilibrium readily deduced from time dependence under out conditions. included in this (in our case, we assume first order desorption). dissolution radioactive sulphur monocrystalline silver was measured by AES. From results diffusion coefficient derived. obtained good agreement previous Benard et al. advantages method are outlined.
