摘要: AbstractLow back pain is a common and leading cause of disability results in huge costs associated with lost productivity treatment. The low often difficult to ascertain optimum treatment strategies have not yet been defined. importance musculature fatigability the aetiology disorder has highlighted over last 15 years. A number studies investigated paraspinal muscle activity using surface electromyography. There great variation these regarding methodology, procedure, type contraction, sample size employed, duration, degree source patients' pain. However, based on this review (1985–99), there appears be convincing body evidence suggest that electromyography reliable valid tool for differentiating patients from normal subjects monitoring rehabilitation programmes.
