摘要: We recently demonstrated that C57BL/6 (C57) mice are capable of spatial learning in the Morris water task whereas DBA/2 (DBA) impaired. There may be a number reasons why DBA impaired task. The main objective this study was to understand nature impairment. First, we showed do not have general impairment, since they can solve two different discrimination problems. Using water-filled plus maze and modified version task, (1) see distal cues, (2) attend extramaze environment, (3) learn place hidden platform if training allows them utilize only part environment. Probe data indicate, however, contrast C57 mice, form complete representation extra-maze Final experiments demonstrate also on requires conditional but perform as well response-tendency nonconditional results these other studies suggest memory processes disrupted result hippocampal function.
