摘要: Over a 13-year period, the course of 109 pregnancies in 68 women with Crohn's disease was studied. A total 76 children were delivered. There no gemellary deliveries, and none had congenital malformations. Pregnancy entailed increased risk an exacerbation bowel disease. As compared reference population ulcerative colitis, material showed premature delivery spontaneous abortion, but further analysis that this due only to active at time conception who undergone resection during pregnancy. Birth weight birth length corresponded those population. The frequency neonatal hyperbilirubinaemia not higher mothers than healthy mothers. Treatment sulphasalazine, salazosulphadimidine, corticosteroids did influence pregnancy or jaundice Consequently, pregnant woman should be given same medical treatment as when pregnant. Generally, advised preferably conceive their is inactive. groups followed up frequent obstetrical examinations throughout
