摘要: Thiorphan (60 μg intracerebrally) increased the met5-enkephalin content of mouse striatum by 30% in 30 min. This increase was no longer evident at 1 hr. If dipeptidyl carboxypeptidase, inhibited thiorphan, were located extraneuronally as suggested De La Baume, Patey and Schwartz (1981), accumulation represents rate which pentapeptide is released extraneuronally. The accompanied an inhibition, greater than 80%, carboxypeptidase that degrades striatal met5-enkephalin. Such inhibition lasted 2 Thiorphan, given to mice intracerebrally, prolonged latency time jump off a 54° plate. effects thiorphan on brain hot plate latencies significantly potentiated bestatin, inhibits aminopeptidase B leucine aminopeptidase.
