摘要: The interaction between angiotensin [Ang-(1-7)] and bradykinin (BK) was determined in the mesentery of anesthetized Wistar rats using intravital microscopy. Topical application BK Ang-(1-7) induced vasodilation that abolished by B2 receptor antagonist HOE-140 A-779, respectively. (1 pmol)-induced vasodilation, but not SNP ACh responses, potentiated 10 pmol 100 pmols. effect on BK-induced indomethacin, L-nitroarginine methyl esther, whereas losartan without effect. Enalaprilat treatment enhanced BK- Ang-(1-7)-induced potentiating vasodilation. potentiation is a receptor-mediated phenomenon dependent cyclooxygenase-related products NO release.
