摘要: Localized giant pseudopolyposis of the colon (pseudopolyp larger than 1.5 cm in size) is a rare complication inflammatory bowel disease. There one report an occult carcinoma within such lesion, and no reports sole dysplasia. A case 42-year-old man with longstanding Crohn’s colitis who underwent colonoscopy revealing large, multilobulated mass at splenic flexure that was not amenable to endoscopic removal, described. Multiple biopsies showed dysplasia histology consistent pseudopolyp. Computed tomographic colonography demonstrated resembling large villous tumour. decision for surgery made. The surgical specimen complex anastomosing pseudopolyp 5 × 4 3 size, focus low-grade area free inflammation. The present first reported Occult without superficial may exist these lesions further studies are needed examine risk factors make more likely harbour and/or carcinoma.
