摘要: Abstract Objective: The beat-to-beat variability in electrocardiogram intervals (RR, i.e., heart-period variability) provides information on cardiac autonomic activity that predicts arrhythmias and mortality rate animals adults. We determined the effect of physical training obese children. Methods: Thirty-five subjects were randomly assigned to control groups. involved 4 months exercise, 5 days per week, 40 minutes day. Cardiovascular fitness was measured with submaximal heart during supine cycling; percentage body fat dual-energy absorptiometry; resting parameters a position. A pretraining posttraining change score computed for each variable. by comparing changes Results: Compared group, trained group (1) reduced ( p Conclusions: In children, alters function favorably reducing ratio sympathetic parasympathetic activity.
